A Meal Prep day generally includes preparation of 2-3 proteins and 4-6 veg and sides and starts with a chef fee of 425.00 plus the cost of food. Daily and weekly rates are available.

*all estimated costs include food and Chef.  Additional staff including assistant chefs, servers, and bartenders and certain menu selections may increase costs.
